Our serviced apartments are well located in the middle
of Helsinki, the Kamppi
Commercial Center. Shopping Center have over 150 clothes
boutiques, coffee shops, bars, restaurants and a nightclub,
banks, mobile shops, domestic appliances, among other.
Metro, Local Bus Terminal to Espoo and Terminal for long distance

Facilities
- Apartments are furnished and equipped, decorated with
carpets and paintings.
- You will find everything you need for comfortable living:
- Basic furnituring includes beds, sofa, kitchen table and
chairs, linen, mattresses, carpets, curtains and ceiling
lamps.
- Kitchens are furnished with a stowe, fridge/freeze, dishwasher,
microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and tableware.
- The apartments also have cleaning equipments. On agreement
we also provide additional towels, blankets and linen.
- Broadband (from 2 to 8 Mb) Internet access and local Helsinki

- Tiled bathroom and sauna, a washing machine and a dryer.
- First Night Survival Kit -
If your shipment hasn't arrived or you're simply too weary
to unpack everything, set aside some essential items you'll
need for the first night in your new place.
Contracts
Our lodging agreement are typically on weekly basis and can
be specified from 2 weeks to even 6 month, depending on the
customer`s needs. The week rate may vary if your stay lasts
for more than 4 weeks. Lodging is paid in advance and the
payment includes all expenses, from water and electricity
to additional services such as an Internet connection, change
of bed linen and cleaning. The key is handed over to the customer
in conjunction with payment of a security deposit. You can
obtain housing without filling out stacks of applications.
We avoid unnecessary bureaucracy.
Most of our apartments are fully furnished, but if necessary
we can arrange transportation for your furnitures and pick
you up from the airport to the apartment. Our website helps
you a with local maps, shopping, dining and support you in
using daily services and public transportation.
PRICES & APARTMENTS - Starting from
51 sqm studio apartment. Price: 995 €/ week + VAT 8%.
The price of the apartment depends on the apartment itself,
its level of service and furnitures.
Cash, Bank transfer, wire. Alternative forms of payment are
negotialbe.
